We have been nominated ... uuuand there's the thing!!! 🏆✊ Last Wednesday, we had the pleasure of being nominated as an "Employer of the Future" by the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalisation (DIND) on the basis of a two-stage review process at the award ceremony in Hamburg, thanks to our joint efforts. The ceremonial presentation by the former Federal Minister of Economics Brigitte Zypries took place in the Stilwerk directly on the beautiful Elbe. 😊 "Digital, innovative and modern" are the keywords of this award.

On 09 March 2023 the time has finally come! The Hochform Energy Day is just around the corner! Together with Siegfried Maigler, our Managing Director Christian Bulander will give a lecture on the topic: "Energy costs down, added value up - How a medium-sized company can successfully shape its journey to more resource efficiency". The lecture will take you on a digital journey towards resource efficiency in manufacturing: You will learn from smart factory practitioners how a manufacturing SME was able to reduce its energy costs and increase value creation in its production with state-of-the-art software tools. Es durfte eine neue Anlage bei uns einziehen. Um genau zu sagen eine Trowalisierungsanlage! Das Trowalisieren wird auch als Gleitschleifen oder Gleitspanen bezeichnet und stellt ein trennendes Verfahren der Oberflächenbearbeitung dar. Dabei werden meist metallische Werkstücke zusammen mit einem Schleifmittel in eine rotierende Trommel gegeben, um gezielt Material abzutragen. More than 100 experts from industry, research and development met at the first Machining Knowledge Forum in Würzburg on 24 November 2022. The successful kick-off event will go into the next round on 22 November 2023. In an exchange with experts from industry and science, the participants learned interesting facts about methods and principles for optimising systems, process monitoring and quality assurance, as well as the use of transferable artificial intelligence in machining.
